This game farm consists of three adjacent game ranches that can either be purchased as one unit or as separate properties.

LOCATION:
The ranch is situated in the Northern Province. Nearest towns: Steenbokpan (20 km), Ellisras (70 km). The property lies 350 km from Pretoria and 8 km from the Limpopo River (Botswana border).

TOPOGRAPHY AND VEGETATION:
Soil type: sandy to heavy loam. Vegetation varies from bushveld to open savannah. Ninety per cent of the trees on the farm is edible, including species such as shephard's trees, leadwood, bushwillow, corkwood, grevia species as well as many acacia species. The grass component consists of many good sweetveld species and is palatable and nutritious throughout the year. The vegetation is ideal for grazers and browsers.

WATER:
Each of the three properties has at least one equipped borehole and reservoir with ample water for human and animal consumption. There is an 8m­high look­out tower at every water­point (cabin measures 2x2 metres).

GAME:
Game species are not included in the price, but can be purchased at after a proper game count has been carried out by helicopter.

ACCOMMODATION:

Thatched chalets:
Two one­bedroom thatched chalets. Each chalet has its own toilet, shower and basin with hot water. There is also an area for outdoor entertainment.

Hunting accommodation:
Three bedrooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Modern phoning facilities.
